The Support Bridge
Driven by a passion for empowering mission-driven organizations and creative entrepreneurs, Robert Smith, is the founder of The Business Support Bridge. His career has been dedicated to simplifying complexity, optimizing workflows, and helping clients bring their visionary ideas to life with precision and impact.With over a decade of experience in operations management, project coordination, and system implementation, he thrives on turning inefficiencies into streamlined solutions. His expertise includes implementing tools like ClickUp, Dubsado, and Zapier, Mailchimp, etc, to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Anthony builds systems that help people think clearly, work intentionally, and move their ideas into action. His work blends entrepreneurship, AI literacy, and experiential learning to create environments where youth, adults, and founders develop real skills, confidence, and momentum. His experience spans government entrepreneurship workshops, university mentorship, youth innovation programs, and international exchanges focused on ethical AI and community development.
Diamond J. Jones is the founder of Herb Noire, an herbal wellness brand rooted in intentionality, contemplative practice, and handcrafted plant-based care. Based in Rochester, NY, she brings together her professional expertise in developmental-disability long term housing support services with her lifelong passion for herbalism to create offerings that are both grounded and restorative.As an herbalist and contemplative-practices facilitator, Diamond specializes in helping individuals design personalized herbal tea blends that support their unique needs and wellness goals. Through Herb Noire, Diamond cultivates a space where creativity, care, and holistic wellbeing meet—offering thoughtfully crafted products and experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect, and nourish themselves with intention.

Kenyon Farrow is an internationally respected writer, editor, and public speaker with more than seventeen years of experience in media, publishing, and digital communications. With a career spanning editorial leadership, CRM and social-media management, and the development of high-impact stories across national platforms, Kenyon brings a proven ability to shape narratives that inform, influence, and engage.Their editorial work includes managing writers, designers, and technical professionals; editing and publishing books; and contributing dozens of essays to leading magazines, online outlets, and anthologies. As a sought-after thought leader, Kenyon has been quoted by major national publications such as USA Today, Money, Slate, CityLab, POZ, Esquire, The Nation, and Democracy NOW!. With deep expertise in HIV, public health, culture, and policy, he brings both insight and rigor to every project—advancing thoughtful storytelling and impactful communications in the digital age.

Social Consultant
& Public Health Educator
Yeng is passionate about improving organizational flow and operational efficiency to enhance patient outcomes. With a background in the life sciences and nearly half a decade of experience in project and program coordination within primary healthcare settings, he specializes in implementing decentralized care models.His work focuses on embedding research within small-scale services to strengthen preventive care and drive measurable health improvements.He recently completed his MPH degree to better understand how health systems can redesign approaches to tackle public health challenges through data-driven outcomes, program evaluation, quality improvement, transforming teams, and program management. He is interested in designing and evaluating high-impact programs that promote team learning, streamline operations, and improve healthcare delivery at scale.
Stephanie Alphee is a Baltimore-based executive and creative technologist dedicated to expanding access to innovation, digital literacy, and creative expression. As Co-Chief Executive Officer of Code in the Schools, Stephanie leads one of Baltimore’s most influential youth-serving technology organizations—advancing pathways in computer science, cybersecurity, and digital creativity for the next generation of local innovators.A lifelong maker and educator, Stephanie is also the founder of Alphee | ARTS, a creative-technology venture that blends crafting, design, and hands-on tech education. Through this work, she creates accessible opportunities for people of all ages to explore their imagination, learn new tools, and co-create handmade products in ways that are joyful, collaborative, and empowering.
Jordan L. Costen is a dedicated social worker, therapist, and longtime advocate for LGBTQ+ youth. For more than a decade, he has created affirming, supportive spaces for adolescents navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation—grounding his work in evidence-based practices and a philosophy centered on dignity, courage, and asking for help without shame.Alongside his work with Safe Space NOVA, Jordan serves as a clinical social worker, licensed therapist, a Community Member of Alexandria’s LGBTQ+ Task Force, and a board member with SCAN of Northern Virginia and Kids Fashion Week DMV. He is also a frequent speaker on panels addressing mental-health disparities impacting LGBTQ+ communities. A native of Atlanta, Jordan holds degrees from Howard University, American University, and The Catholic University of America.
